What exactly do I get in the Basic package?
A custom rulebook (3–6 pages) and the competition format for one game: bracket type, match length and phase structure. You get it as an editable Google Doc and a PDF, plus a 30-min kickoff call.
What does the Standard package add?
Everything in Basic, plus I set up your bracket on start.gg or Challonge, build the full event schedule, write a minute-by-minute run of show and give you a staff checklist with roles and tasks.
What does the Premium package add?
Everything in Standard, plus Discord or WhatsApp message templates for players (sign-up confirmation, check-in reminder, match call, results), a second bracket such as doubles or a side event, and a second 30-min call to review everything before the event.
Which package should I choose?
Basic if you already have a bracket and staff and only need clear rules. Standard if you're starting from scratch. Premium if you run more than one event or want everything ready to send to your players.
Is live support on tournament day included?
Not in any package. You can add it as an extra, billed per hour. Subject to availability.
Can I upgrade after ordering?
