Do I need to buy a domain and hosting before ordering?
Yes, you will need your own domain name and a hosting plan that supports PHP and MySQL (like Hostinger, Namecheap, or SiteGround). If you don't have one, I can guide you on what to buy, but the cost of hosting/domain is not included in the package.
Will I have full ownership of the code?
Absolutely! Once the project is completed and delivered, you will have 100% ownership of the source code. It is built custom for you, with no hidden monthly fees.
Can I update the website myself after you finish?
Yes. The Premium package includes an Admin Dashboard that allows you to manage users, track bookings, and view statistics without touching any code. I also provide documentation on how to use it.
Is the website mobile-friendly?
100%. The platform is built with a mobile-first approach, ensuring it looks and works perfectly on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
How do the emails and QR codes work?
The system automatically generates a unique QR code for every booking and sends it to the user's email using a secure SMTP server (like MailerSend, SendGrid, or Gmail). The user just shows the QR code at the entrance to be scanned.
Can you match my brand colors and logo?
Yes! In the Standard and Premium packages, I will customize the design to match your brand's colors, fonts, and logo, so it looks like a natural extension of your business.
Do you provide the images for the website?
You should provide the high-quality images for your events, logo, and text. If you don't have images, I can use premium stock photos as placeholders, but I highly recommend using your own photos for authenticity.
Can we add payment integration (Stripe/PayPal)?
The basic platform is designed for free reservations. If you want to sell tickets and receive payments directly on the site, we can add Stripe or PayPal integration as a custom extra service. Please message me for a custom offer. Or just order the premium package
What do you need from me to start?
Once you place an order, I will need: your logo, brand colors, text content, event details, and hosting/database credentials (so I can install the platform).
Do you provide support after the delivery?
Yes! I offer 30 days of free bug-fixing support after delivery. If anything breaks due to a coding error, I will fix it for free. (This does not cover new features or changes made by third parties).
