Should I contact you before ordering?
Please contact me before ordering Standard or Premium, or whenever the project uses an existing codebase, several integrations or an unclear scope. Basic can be ordered directly only when the feature and acceptance criteria are complete.
Can you work with my existing application?
Yes. I work with existing Next.js, React, NestJS and TypeScript applications. I need the repository context, stack versions, current architecture and known constraints before confirming the scope.
Does Premium include a complete unlimited SaaS product?
No. Premium covers one agreed MVP phase with defined screens, flows, endpoints and acceptance criteria. A larger product should be divided into Milestones or separate Custom Offers.
Is UI or product design included?
Implementation of approved designs or an existing design system is included when listed in the scope. Product design, UX research, branding, copywriting and missing responsive states are separate services.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. You receive the source-code changes created for the accepted scope, together with a concise delivery summary and the setup or handover notes included in your package.
Is deployment included?
Deployment is not included in Basic. It can be added to Standard as an Extra. Premium includes support for one agreed environment when deployment access and requirements are confirmed before ordering.
Are hosting, API and third-party fees included?
No. Hosting, domains, paid APIs, email services, databases, payment-provider fees and other third-party costs remain the buyer’s responsibility.
What does a revision include?
A revision corrects the delivered work so it matches the acceptance criteria agreed before purchase. A new page, workflow, role, endpoint, integration or changed business rule is additional scope.
What happens if requirements change after ordering?
I will estimate the additional work and offer an Extra, a new Milestone or a separate Custom Offer. The original delivery time may also need to be extended. New requirements are not included automatically.
Can you keep my project confidential?
Yes. I treat project information as confidential and use it only for the agreed work. Please share only the access required for the task and never paste production passwords or secret keys into public requirements.
