Off-the-shelf invoicing software charges you every month and still doesn't fit how you work. I build a simple invoicing web app around your business: your services, your line items, your branding. You own it, with no per-user fees.

What you get: a private web app where you create and send invoices, track who has paid and who owes you, and keep a record of every job. I've done this for a real client: a moving and junk removal company in Nova Scotia uses the invoicing tool I built every day to email invoices, receipts and Google review requests.

How it works: we start with a short message thread about your process: what you invoice, how you price and what goes on each invoice. I build it, you test it with real jobs, and I fix anything that doesn't feel right. You get the finished app, the source code and a short walkthrough.

Tech: React and Tailwind CSS with a Supabase database, hosted on Netlify. Works on phone and desktop. I'll show you what it costs to run, often free on starter plans or a few dollars a month.
