Are you based in China?
Yes, I live and work in China, which allows me to visit factories in person, inspect products directly, and communicate with suppliers without language or time zone barriers.
What product categories do you work with?
I specialise in consumer electronics, cosmetics and skincare, food supplements and vitamins, and speciality products like Himalayan pink salt. I'm happy to source other categories too just message me first.
Can you visit the factory before I place an order?
Business license and basic supplier verification are included in all packages. In-person factory visits or third-party inspections can be arranged for an additional fee depending on the factory's location I'll quote this before starting.
How do you charge for your services?
I charge a flat service fee based on the package you choose, not a commission on your order value. This keeps my recommendations unbiased and focused on your best interest.
Can you help with product samples?
Yes, sample coordination is included in my Standard and Premium packages. I can also arrange sample shipping to your address for inspection before bulk Note: Product samples, factory travel (if outside my local area), and shipping costs are paid separately by the buyer and quoted before work begins.
What if I don't know which supplier I want yet?
No problem. Send me your product details and target price, and I will shortlist verified suppliers for you to compare before you decide.
Do you handle shipping and logistics too?
My core service is sourcing, verification, and quality control. I can recommend trusted freight forwarders, but I don't handle shipping directly message me for referrals.
Is my product idea or supplier information kept confidential?
Yes, all buyer information, product details, and supplier contacts are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with other clients.
