What output files will you get?
Any vector format you want. Usually I deliver files in following formats: ai, eps, pdf, png/jpg/svg. But if you need any other formats, just let me know. I will deliver accordingly
Is it guaranteed 1-2 hours delivery with gig extra?
Yes, but you need to contact before placing order to check availability and it's only for simple images/logos/objects/shapes etc.
What are required to start my project?
Just sent me the Low resolution, Bitmap image, Hand, Sketch, Screenshot, Downloaded image/file, Scan copy, Anything what you have, no 3D design. Then I will start your project immediately.
Can you deliver all orders in 1-2 hours?
No, it's a gig extra service and depends on availability. All other orders will be delivered in package specified delivery time.
Why are the prices different and can it be higher than premium package price?
Yes, the prices may be far high or far low depending on delivery time, image details and complexity etc.
Do you provide after sales service?
Yes, you will get after sales services. After completing order, if you need any support, it may add extra cost.
What cannot be vectorize with this gig?
With vector tracing some effects, realistic photos, photos of people, 3D objects, bevel effects, complex textures, watercolor cannot be recreated/vectorized.
