What is a Cowork workflow?
It is a structured sequence that tells Cowork what to examine, what decisions to make, which skill to use, what output to produce, and when human input is required.
What is a decision graph?
A decision graph maps the workflow’s states, choices, conditions, escalation paths, and stop points. Standard and Premium include both a visual graph and a machine-readable version.
What files will I receive?
Depending on the package, you may receive SKILL.md, supporting Markdown files, templates, graph files, evaluation scenarios, examples, and a START-HERE.md guide.
Will you install the system for me?
I provide guided setup and installation instructions. If direct installation is feasible without sharing passwords or sensitive credentials, it can be discussed before ordering.
Do I need access to Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. You are responsible for having access to the Claude or ChatGPT features needed to use the delivered system. Please tell me which environment you use before ordering.
Can you use my private business documents?
Yes, when appropriate, but please provide redacted or sanitized materials. Never send passwords, API keys, customer secrets, regulated data, or unnecessary personal information.
Will the workflow send emails or publish content automatically?
Not by default. The delivered workflows default to research, analysis, generation, and preparation. External actions require separate, explicitly approved integration work.
Are APIs and integrations included?
No. CRM, email, calendar, database, Zapier, n8n, and other external integrations require a separately scoped custom offer.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects or refines the agreed workflow. A new business process, additional skill, new audience, new integration, or changed objective requires an extra or custom offer.
