About this Gig
Do you have an existing iOS-application but don't know how to get it live to Appstore?
I help developers and founders to prepare and submit their iOS-application to Apple's review, so they can get their application live without unnecessary confusion or delays. Whether you're facing a single issue with your submission or never used Appstore connect before, I'll guide you through the process step by step.
After launching my own iOS-application with more than 10000 downloads, I know how confusing Apple's submission process can be - and how good it feels to finally get your app approved and live.
I will help you to get your app from Xcode to Apple's review with everything properly set up, including:
- Appstore Connect configuration
- Build upload & signing
- Required metadata and screenshots
- Fixing common submission and rejection issues
After putting hours of hard work into your app, you shouldn't be held back by Apple's technical details.
Important:
- This gig is for uploading existing iOS apps that are completed
- This gig focuses on apps built with Xcode & Swift
- Although I can upload your app and review compliance, approval is guaranteed only after Apple confirms it
FAQ
How does the devivery process go exactly?
I'll walk you through a straight forward framework: 1) We'll discuss about your situation and confirm the scope 2) You place an order 3) You share your app using github and add me to your Apple Developer account 4) You share the required metadata 5) I'll upload your app and metadata and submit it
When should I choose the lite package?
You should choose the lite package if your submission is almost completed, but you're facing one final issue such as: - Missing metadata - Your app got rejected due to something Appstore connect -related - Version control issues - Your app is live and you just want to update it
When should I choose the standard package?
You should choose the standard package if you need help with the entire submission process but you already have the most of the following: - An existing Apple Developer account - A completed app bio - Screenshots for Iphone and Ipad views - Privacy policy and Terms of service of the app
When should I choose the premium package?
You should choose the premium package if you have a ready application, but no idea how to get it live to Appstore. This includes: - Not having the Apple Developer account - Not having any metadata - Needing an A-Z Appstore submission service
I've developed my app using other enviroment than Xcode. Can you still help?
If you've created your app using other environment such as Flutter or React Native, please send me a message before ordering. We'll review to scope and confirm if we're a good match.
Is my app's approval guaranteed?
It's important to know that approval is never guaranteed before your app passes Apple's review, so no freelancer can give a 100% guarantee on that. If I believe your app is likely to be rejected, I'll point it out before starting to work.
How can I maximize my app's changes for approval?
Your app must comply with Appstore's guidelines: https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/ In a nutshell: - Offer a working, bug-free and completed app that's unique and valuable - Stay away from illegal or questionable themes - Take regulations and privacy seriously
How long it will take to get my app live?
Setting up the submission can take from a few hours to a few days, depending on your starting point. (See the packages above). After submitting, the review normally takes 1-2 business days. Please note that rejected apps will require new submissions resulting in longer time to go live.
Do I need to share my Apple Developer credentials?
No. For security reasons, you should never share these. Instead, you can give me an access to your dashboard so I can configure the submission.
