Do you speak Spanish?

Do I need to give you Administrator access to my NetSuite?
It's not mandatory. I can work in 2 ways: - With access (Sandbox): I can test and deploy directly (faster) - Without access: I'll send you the code and guide you to upload it
What happens if the script doesn't work after delivery?
If the script fails due to a bug in MY code (not due to changes you made in your account), I'll fix it FREE.
How long does it take you to respond to messages?
I typically respond in less than 2 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Mexico time UTC-6). On weekends it may take up to 12 hours, but I usually check Fiverr even on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do you offer monthly support or retainer?
Yes, if you need ongoing support (minor adjustments, bugfixes, new scripts), I can offer you monthly hour packages. Message me to discuss options and pricing.

Absolutely! Part of my job is translating technical into business language. I'll explain WHAT the script does, HOW it does it, and WHY I designed it that way. I don't assume you have programming knowledge.
What version of SuiteScript do you use?
Mainly SuiteScript 2.1 (the most modern version), but I can work with: - SuiteScript 2.x (2.0, 2.1) → Recommended - SuiteScript 1.0 → If you have legacy code to maintain SuiteScript 2.x is more efficient, easier to maintain, and recommended by Oracle.
