What does each package cover?
Basic fixes one existing workflow of up to 10 steps. Standard includes up to 3 workflows of 10 steps each. Premium includes up to 5 workflows of 15 steps each. All cover one GHL sub-account, testing and handoff notes. Custom API integrations and AI bots are separate services.
Do you work in English and Spanish?
Yes. I speak native Spanish and C1 English. Each package covers one language; bilingual implementations can be scoped separately.
What access and subscriptions do I need?
An active GHL account and appropriate team-member access to the agreed sub-account. You pay platform, AI and messaging fees. Use scoped invitations; do not send passwords or secret keys in your initial brief.
What counts as a revision?
An adjustment to the agreed setup. Basic and Standard include 1 revision; Premium includes 2. New apps, workflows or business processes need additional scope. Errors within the agreed delivery will be addressed.
Do you handle A2P registration or guarantee sales?
No. A2P registration, ads, channel approval and sales guarantees are outside this service. Messaging work requires your active, approved channel and templates. I deliver the agreed setup, tests and documentation.
