An Annual Report is a document vital for non-profits.  It paints a picture which describes your activities, successes, and financial performance for the preceding year(s).   The Annual Report will tell a vivid story of your non-profits service to the community.  It will display measurable impact numbers, charts, testimonials, and financial summary.

To be included in Annual Report:

·         Message or Letter from the founder

·         Mission & Vision Statements

·         Last years goals and achievements

·         Revenue and expenditure charts 

·         Goals and objectives for current year

·         Financial Summary

·         Measurable Impact Numbers (programs, services, target market etc)

·         Testimonials or Quotes

·         Summary Report

·         Leadership / Staff / Board Members / Volunteers

·         Thanks You to Donors, Supports, and/or list major donor names and sponsor levels
