What assets do I need to provide to get started?
Contact me first so I can get a good idea of your project. Beyond that, I'll need 3D files and photographs so I can correctly light, texture, and prepare the model for animation. We'll discuss your needs and come up with an animation outline.
Do I have to have a 3D file of my device already?
No, but it will save a lot of time. If you do not have the device already, contact me first so I can take a look at the device that needs to be modeled. Modeling the device will, in most cases, add time and budget. I will need high-quality images from every side and schematics if you have them.
Can I get the callouts in more than 1 language?
Yes. Once the video is completely approved, send me the translated text in up to 2 additional languages and I will swap them in. If you need more languages than that, I'll create a custom project for it.
Can I add voice-over?
Yes, if you have a voice-over already recorded, please send it over, and I will add it to the animation. Please note that the length of the voice over may increase the total running time, so contact me first with your script so we can come up with the best solution that fits your needs.
Can I add music?
Yes. If you have a track already, send it to me and I will edit it to fit the length of the video. I will even make voice-overs stand out above the music bed. If you would like music but don't have a track already, I can point you to some great resources.
