How do you know what to write about me?
I'll ask you a few questions to get to know as much as possible about you, your lifestyle, your housing situation and the property you're applying for. The more personal details you share, the more authentic your letter will be. If you are Dutch, you can of course answer these questions in Dutch.
What can I expect from the Personal package?
The Personal package includes a warm, authentic rental motivation letter based on your personal story. This general letter is ideal if you're applying to different types of properties. However, the more tailored a letter is, the more convincing it gets. That's why I offer two more options.
What can I expect from the Tailored package?
The Tailored package builds on the Personal package by tailoring your motivation letter to your preferred type of rental home, such as an apartment, studio or family home. Creating a more targeted application while still allowing you to use it for multiple similar properties. A very strong option.
What can I expect from the Complete package?
The Complete package tailors every part of your motivation letter to one specific home, creating the most convincing story. It also includes the Dutch Rental Guide, explaining my personal housing strategy and providing application tips to help you approach your housing search more strategically.
What is included in the Dutch Rental Guide?
The Dutch Rental Guide contains the practical tips and strategies I personally use when searching for rental homes in the Netherlands. It includes where to search, how to respond strategically, viewing tips, and small details that can help you stand out in a competitive housing market.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers small adjustments to the original letter I sent you, such as correcting details or making minor wording changes. If you'd like a completely different letter, a new structure, or a different writing approach, this requires a new order rather than a revision.
Can I send you my previous motivation letter?
Yes! You're welcome to send your previous letter as background information. I use it to better understand your situation, but all of my letters are created created completely from scratch. I don't edit or rewrite existing letters.
Can you write motivation letters for properties outside the Netherlands or for buying a home?
No. This service is exclusively for rental homes in the Netherlands. I do not write letters for buying a home, purchasing property, mortgages, real estate investments, or rental properties outside the Netherlands.
Do you guarantee I'll be invited for a viewing or secure a rental home?
No. I don't guarantee a viewing or a rental home. My goal is to help you present yourself in the strongest, most genuine and trustworthy way possible, increasing your chances of standing out from other applicants.
Are the letters written in Dutch?
Yes. All motivation letters are written in Dutch by default. If you need your letter in English, simply add the "Written in English" Gig Extra. Then you will receive your letter in English instead of Dutch.
