I will speed up your PC using remote access tools, ensure your Antivirus is up to date and working, and ensure your PC is updating properly. If the PC is suffering a hardware error, I will diagnose the error remotely to the best of my ability. This does require you provide me access to your PC via remote tools. If I can't speed it up or diagnose the problem, there is no charge.
