About this gig
Remember those first Pokemon promo art in watercolor? How cool they look and their style is so unique? Those are made by Ken Sugimori, art director for the Pokemon franchise. If you ever wanted to have your team or your favorite Pokemon in that traditional art style, this is your chance! I am an artist that works with watercolors so emulating old school/vintage Sugimori style was a great way to have fun and go back to those old days where Pokemon was just beginning to become the pop icon we now know today.
You as a Pokemon trainer, an existing Pokemon character or any another anime character of your preference in this vintage style! Choose your favorite Pokemon, a team, your favorite duo or as much creatures as you like!

Yes! You can use for instance Goku from Dragon Ball Z or any other character from any anime, series or movie.
Can I have a trainer that I created?
Yes! I can design your trainer according to your requirements or if you already have a character designed, I can illustrate it in this vintage style.
Can I have a Pokemon that I created?
Yes! You can send the references of the Pokemon you created or previously designed. However, if you want me to design the Pokemon for you, that means a little extra cost to the gig. You can find the cost of that extra when creating an order.
Which Pokemon generation can I choose from?
Whichever you want!
