How is the price calculated?
The price depends on: Model size, Material used (FDM or SLA), Print time and complexity.
I don't have a 3D file - can you help?
I currently do not provide 3D design or modeling services. Please provide a ready-to-print file (STL, OBJ, 3MF, etc.).
What is the difference between FDM and SLA printing?
FDM (Filament) - strong and durable, best for functional parts. SLA (Resin) - extremely high detail 14K (0.01 - 0.15mm), smooth surface finish, ideal for miniatures and display models.
Can you guarantee the print quality?
I carefully review every model before printing and optimize settings for the best possible result.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can request a cancellation. Before production starts - Full cancellation is possible. After production has started or completed - Cancellation may still be possible, but a fee will apply to cover material used and printing time.
Will the final print look exactly like my model?
I aim for maximum accuracy, but slight differences may occur due to: Layer-based printing process, Material characteristics, Post-processing.
How long does printing take?
