Do you offer app building / implementation / coding?
No, I create a functional and visual design (UX / UI) provided as a Figma source file with a style guide and written-up functional specification for seamless delivery and developer handoff.

What is a revision and what does it include?
Revision is a list of minor changes to an existing concept. It can be applied to text, images, colors, layout, and functionalities. Additional concepts, screens, and fundamental changes generate much more work and will be treated with additional cost.
We would also need a logo. Can you design it for us?

Fiverr hands out the pro title too easily. This diminishes the value that the true pros provide. I.e. Arkadiusz. You can really tell that UI/UX is not just a job for him, but a passion. The UI/UX industry especially has a lot of pretenders. Arkadiusz is not one of those. Arkadiusz is a true pro.
