Do I need to provide a Windows license key?
Yes — you can purchase one from Microsoft directly, or from resellers like Kinguin/Eneba (typically $15-25 for Win 10/11 Pro). I can guide you on legitimate sourcing if needed.
My PC won't boot. Can you still help?
Yes if it boots far enough to load a USB recovery environment. Message me with details before ordering — for some hardware issues, on-site repair is the only option.
What about my files? Will I lose them?
Choose the Premium package if you have files to preserve. I'll back them up first, then restore them after the install. Basic and Standard assume the machine is clean / files already backed up.
Can you work in Russian?
Yes — English or Russian, your choice.
How long will the session take?
Active session is 1-3 hours depending on tier. We schedule a time that works for both of us — I'll be at the controls, you can step away or watch.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Each tier includes 1-2 revisions. If something legitimately doesn't work, I'll fix it. I won't issue refunds for change-of-mind after the work is complete (that's standard Fiverr policy).
