Which POS systems do you work with?
Shopify POS, Square POS, Toast POS, Clover POS, Lightspeed POS and Loyverse POS. If you use another point of sale system, message me first and I'll confirm before you order.
Do you need my password?
No. Add me as a staff member or collaborator on your POS or Shopify store. You stay in control and can remove my access once the job is done.
Can you set up a new POS or fix an existing one?
Both. I can configure a new POS from scratch or clean up an existing setup with wrong items, broken modifiers, tax errors or inventory that doesn't match.
Can you sync Shopify inventory with Square or Clover?
Yes. The Premium package covers inventory sync between Shopify POS and Square, Clover or Lightspeed, so stock updates in one place and shows correctly in the other.
Do you upload my restaurant menu?
Yes. Send your menu as a PDF, spreadsheet or photo. I add items, categories, modifiers, prices and taxes to Toast, Square, Clover or your restaurant POS.
What if I have more items than my package allows?
Message me with your item count. I'll send a custom offer or add an extra so the price matches the actual work.
Do you set up payments and hardware?
I configure payment settings, taxes and checkout in the software. Card readers and terminals must be bought from your POS provider, and I help you pair and test them remotely.
Can you handle multiple locations?
Yes. The Premium package covers multi-location setup, with shared or separate menus, inventory and staff permissions per location.
How do you confirm everything works?
I run test sales, check taxes, receipts and inventory updates, then send a summary of what was configured and a short guide for your team.
What happens after delivery?
Revisions cover changes to the agreed scope. For ongoing POS support, new locations or extra integrations, message me and I'll quote it separately.
