I need WordPress administrator access, hosting access, the destination hosting details if applicable, and confirmation that you are authorized to manage the website.
2. Does the backup include both files and database?
Yes. The backup includes the WordPress files and database, according to the selected package and the access provided by the buyer.
3. Will my website remain online during the migration?
In most cases, downtime can be minimized. However, short interruptions may occur depending on the hosting provider, DNS changes, website size, and technical configuration.
4. Do you migrate email accounts?
No. This Gig covers WordPress website files and database only. Email account migration requires a separate scope and must be discussed before ordering.
5. Do you provide hosting, domain, or premium licenses?
No. The buyer must provide the domain, active hosting accounts, and valid licenses for any premium themes or plugins required by the website.
6. Does this service include malware removal or hacked-site recovery?
No. Malware removal, hacked-site recovery, advanced security work, and server incident response are not included in this Gig.
7. Can you migrate a large or complex WordPress website?
