My name is Vicki. I am a Hollywood VFX Generalist, Supervisor, and Artist (After Effects, Nuke, Mocha, Maya, Boujou, SynthEyes) for 10 years - look me up on IMDb! I've worked with over 20 studios and filmmakers on major productions such as AMC's The Walking Dead (Season 4), Guardians of the Galaxy, and Aquaman, and I also teach over 100,000 students VFX (AE, Nuke) and film worldwide.

Why do I have to contact you first before ordering?
To avoid unnecessary cancellations, I recommend contacting me first so that I can review your shot(s) and the amount of work needed in order to better gauge which package (or custom offer!) might benefit you.

What are your render formats?
It depends on your needs. I can do EXR, TIFF, PNG, JPG sequences as well as MOV, MP4, MPEG, and so on. ;D
How do I send you my RAW footage?
Through any means necessary! I can work with Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer - or anything free that doesn't require a login. No YouTube downloads though (Vimeo downloads are fine).
Is there anything else you need from me?
Just so I can jump straight into it, please acquire any additional media files (e.g. matte paintings, stock footage, clean plates, images, etc.) on your end. I can definitely get them for you but it may add unnecessary delays to the pure VFX comp work being done. :O Please also provide the FPS.
What do you NOT offer as part of your VFX services?
I don't do the following for this particular gig: - video editing - color grading - sound mixing/anything that has to do with audio - complex rotoscoping (ask what this means) - 3D modeling or animation (ask us about 2D animation though!) - work files (provided only at an extra cost per shot)
How long do you hold on to our work files?
I like to keep work files (whether they're mine or a client's) for up to 1 year. However, if you require us to clear them from our system, we can do that.
