What type of document should I submit?
Kindly submit your manuscript as a single, complete Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx). I use the Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word, allowing you to view my recommended edits.
What if my file isn't in Microsoft Word document format?
If your document is created in Pages for Mac or Google Docs, please save it as a Word file (.doc or .docx) before submission.
Do you work with poetry?
Yes, I love working with rhyming stories. I check the rhythm and meter, in addition to standard edits, to ensure your verses flow naturally.
Am I limited to the word counts included in the packages?
Those numbers are just baselines. If your word count differs, please reach out, and I'll provide a custom offer.
Will you format my book to prepare it for publication?
My expertise lies in copyediting and proofreading, but there are many excellent book formatters and designers on Fiverr who can ensure your manuscript is visually polished and true to its genre.
What does a revision cover?
Revisions are generally not required since I carefully examine each word from the start. However, if any changes are needed or if you have questions, feel free to reach out. I'm more than willing to make adjustments until you are fully pleased with the outcome.
Will my author's voice be lost if you rewrite parts of my story?
I aim to help you tell your story. Preserving your voice and the character of your story is my main priority. I'll help you make the story more engaging and easier to read.
