I provide proofreading and editing services. I track my changes with the Word Track Changes feature and deliver to you an extra copy of your file showing changes made, upon request. I correct errors related to grammar, spelling, choice of words, capitalization, sentence structure, and punctuation.

What type of file should I submit?
Please send your text as a single Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx). I use Microsoft Word Track Changes so you can see my suggested edits.
What if my file isn’t a Microsoft Word document?
If your document is in Mac Pages or Google Docs, please export it to Word before sending. I cannot edit PDFs, images, or PowerPoint slides.
Can you fix and perfect American, Canadian, British and Australian English?
Yes, I am well versed in all variants of English and understand the subtle, yet significant, variations in grammar, spelling, usage and punctuation.
Do you offer revisions?
Revisions are not generally necessary because I review every word in the first instance, but if modifications are needed or you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask me. I’m always happy to make changes until you are fully satisfied.
