Why do you design in Figma instead of just using Klaviyo?
Klaviyo’s built-in editor is great, but it can be visually limiting. By using Figma, I can create a high-end, custom "look" that reflects your unique brand. Once the design is perfect, I bring it into Klaviyo so it’s fully functional. This ensures your emails look like they belong to a million-dolla
Do I need to provide the images and text?
It works best if you have your own brand photos and specific copy. However, if you’re stuck, I can use high-quality stock images and draft professional, sales-driven copy for you. We will discuss your goals during the kickoff to ensure the message matches your brand voice perfectly.
Will the emails look good on mobile devices and in Dark Mode?
Yes! Most people shop on their phones, so I use a "mobile-first" approach. This means buttons are easy to tap and text is easy to read on small screens. I also test every design to ensure it looks professional even when a customer has "Dark Mode" turned on.
How do you get the designs into my Klaviyo account?
I make it easy for you! You can either give me temporary "Staff Access" to your Klaviyo account so I can set everything up and test it for you, or I can send you the files and instructions to upload them yourself. Most clients prefer the "Staff Access" so they don't have to worry about the technical
What is the difference between a Campaign and a Flow?
