Yes, I need your Meta Developer Account access and Shopify Admin access to setup Official Cloud API. This saves your monthly WATI fees. If you already have WATI, I can setup on WATI also.
Will this work for COD order confirmation only?
Yes, this gig is specially for COD. System sends WhatsApp with Confirm / Cancel / Reschedule buttons. If customer doesn't reply in 12 hours, order is auto-tagged as RTO Risk or auto-cancelled based on your package.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes! Premium package includes 30 Days Support + Video Guide. Basic and Standard include 7 Days Support. I also provide Google Sheet report for tracking COD orders.
