I will source and recruit creators and models for your agency
Victor Sun
About this gig
Need OF models without spending hours searching ?
I help agencies and talent managers discover, screen, and recruit OF models from relevant online marketplaces based on your specific requirements.
Instead of giving you a massive list of random profiles, I focus on finding potential models that match your target criteria and helping move qualified prospects into your recruitment pipeline.
What I offer:
- Marketplace-based OF model sourcing
- Model profile research
- Targeted model discovery
- Niche and location targeting
- Model qualification
- Profile screening
My goal isn't to overwhelm you with hundreds of irrelevant profiles.
It's to help you discover suitable models and turn marketplace prospects into genuine recruitment opportunities.
Send me your requirements before ordering so I can understand exactly what type of models you're looking for and recommend the right recruitment package.

I help agencies, talent managers, and creator focused businesses find and connect with the right creators.
My work goes beyond simply building lists of social media profiles. I research potential talent based on your target niche, location, audience, platform, and requirements, then organize qualified prospects into a clear recruitment pipeline.
Whether you're building a creator roster from scratch or looking to consistently add new talent to your pipeline, I can help you streamline the process and spend less time searching for prospects.
Let's build a stronger creator pipeline.
