What file do I need to send you?
Ideally a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF). If you only have a PNG or JPG, that's fine too — just make sure it's high resolution and not blurry, since a clearer image means a more accurate digitized file.
What embroidery file formats do you provide?
I can deliver in DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, and most other major formats. Just tell me your machine brand (or the format you need) in your order.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround depends on design complexity, but most logos are delivered within 24–48 hours. Let me know if you're on a deadline and I'll do my best to prioritize it.
What if the stitch-out doesn't look right?
I include free minor revisions. If something about the density, sizing, or color mapping isn't right, send feedback and I'll adjust it until it stitches out correctly.
