I'm Victor Chevallier, a Dutch voice-over artist recording in native Dutch and in English with a Dutch/European accent. My voice has featured in productions for Heinz, Audi, Pringles, Specsavers, Nestlé and other brands.
From clear corporate narration to engaging documentaries or distinctive commercials, I adapt my delivery to your story and audience.
The basic offer includes:
- One script of up to 200 words
- Recording in my own studio
- Clean, edited WAV audio
- One performance revision within the original brief
- Business use in corporate videos, website videos and internal e-learning, excluding advertising
For advertising, radio, TV, documentaries, dubbing or larger projects, please contact me before ordering. I'll prepare a custom offer based on the production and intended use. Advertising fees cover one version and 12 months of agreed use.
Script changes and changes to the original brief are charged separately.
No AI training, voice cloning or synthetic voice use.

I'm Victor, a Dutch voice-over artist with a warm, distinctive voice. I record commercials, corporate films, documentaries and e-learning from my own studio, bringing attention to meaning, rhythm and tone.

What exactly do you need from me to start?
Please send your final script, the intended audience, your preferred tone and pace, and pronunciation guidance for names or specialist terms. Also tell me where the recording will be used and whether it is for advertising. If timing matters, include the video or required duration.
Can you provide a custom sample?
Please listen to my demos first. If you need a short sample to assess the delivery for a specific project, contact me so we can discuss the options.
Can I direct the recording in real-time?
Yes, live online direction is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact me before ordering so we can agree on the session, timing and any additional fee.
Can I get a revision?
One performance revision within the original script and brief is included. Mistakes I make, such as omitted or misread words, are corrected free of charge. Script changes, new passages or a changed brief are charged separately.
What if I am in a hurry?
Please contact me before ordering. Depending on my availability and the size of the project, delivery within a few hours may be possible. We will agree on the deadline and any rush fee in advance.
How do you deliver your voice-over?
I deliver clean, edited WAV audio. Processed and unprocessed versions are available. Please specify any technical requirements before recording. Synchronisation to video, multiple separate files and additional audio production can be quoted separately.
What equipment do you use?
I record in my own studio using a Neumann TLM 103 microphone, a PreSonus AudioBox USB 96 interface and Studio One.
Spreek je ook Nederlands?
Jazeker, Nederlands is mijn moedertaal. Je kunt je briefing en tekst gewoon in het Nederlands aanleveren en ook onze afstemming kan volledig in het Nederlands. Ik spreek daarnaast Engels met een Nederlands/Europees accent.
What usage rights are included?
The basic offer includes business use in corporate videos, website videos and internal e-learning, excluding advertising. For advertising, radio or TV, contact me before ordering. Your custom offer will specify the medium, territory and 12-month usage period. Additional versions are quoted seperate.
Can I use your recordings for AI or voice cloning?
No. Recordings may not be used for AI training, voice cloning, text-to-speech, synthetic voice generation or the creation of a digital voice model.
