What do I need to provide before you start?
Just your business name, the types of questions your customers ask, and any specific workflows you want automated such as orders, bookings, or escalations. We will sort everything else together.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use the assistant?
Not at all. I handle the full setup and hand it over, ready to use. I will also walk you through how everything works after delivery.
Which tools and platforms do you use?

Basic package includes 3 days support, Standard includes 5 days, and Premium includes 7 days after delivery. I will fix any issues that arise within that period at no extra cost.
How will we communicate during the project?

Do I pay before or after delivery?
Fiverr handles all payments automatically. You pay when you place the order and the funds are held securely by Fiverr. I only receive payment after you review and approve the delivery. This means your money is fully protected until you are satisfied with the work.
