FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
For Telegram: a bot token from BotFather (free, 2 minutes — I will guide you). For WhatsApp: a business phone number and a free Meta Business account — I will guide that too. Plus your FAQs/prices/policies.
Is the AI really built on my business?
Yes. Answers come from your own documents and rules. If a question falls outside them, the bot says so politely and routes it to you — it never invents prices or policies.
Do I pay anything monthly?
The bot runs on a small hosting plan in your name (usually under $5/month, paid to the hosting provider, not to me). After delivery you can also add my care plan at $50/month for updates — new FAQs, price changes, tweaks — but it is optional.
Can it take payments?
On Premium, yes — as a confirmation flow. Your customers pay through your own payment links/accounts as usual; the bot collects their confirmation, sends it to you for Approve/Decline, and delivers access automatically when you approve. The bot never holds your money.
Telegram or WhatsApp — what is the difference?
Same AI brain, same flows. Telegram setup is faster (free bot token). WhatsApp runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform: setup takes a little longer and Meta charges small per-conversation fees, paid by you. Pick the platform your customers already use.
