Q1: Can the standard package files be used for injection molding?
No. The standard package is only for 3D printed prototype and visual review. It does not include GD&T tolerances, DFM validation or waterproof structure. Choose Premium if you need mold-ready design.
Q2: What software do you use for the CAD design?
I work with Creo Parametric. You will receive native source files, plus STEP for universal compatibility.
Q3: What counts as an extra revision or new scope?
Revisions are limited to adjustments within your original design brief. Adding new parts, new functions or major structural changes after confirmation will be treated as new scope and charged separately.
Q4: Do you provide DFM report and waterproof structure in Basic package?
: No. DFM analysis, waterproof sealing and full tolerance drawings are only included in the Premium production-ready package.
Q5: If I need a design ready for injection molding production, what should I do?
You should select the Premium package. The listed price is an estimate only, and it may be adjusted according to project complexity. Send me your full requirements first, including PCB layout, battery size, waterproof rating, assembly constraints and target mold process. I will evaluate and confirm
