I will do reverse engineering, cad conversion, stl to step and convert scan data to cad

About this gig
I will do reverse engineering, scan to cad, cad conversion, stl to step and convert scan data into accurate 3d cad models ready for manufacturing and product development.
Got a messy 3d scan, stl file or mesh that cant be edited or manufactured? I rebuild it into a clean, accurate and fully editable cad model with proper geometry and engineering accuracy.
This gig is perfect for:
- reverse engineering mechanical parts
- scan to cad from 3d scanning data
- stl to step conversion for editing
- cad conversion for product design
- recreating damaged or missing models
- preparing files for 3d printing and cnc machining
What you will get:
- accurate 3d cad model (step, iges, solidworks)
- clean mesh to cad conversion
- dimensionally correct geometry
- editable and manufacturing ready files
How i work
- File review & feasibility check
- Geometry reconstruction (not auto-conversion)
- Precision adjustments & validation
- Final export in required formats
I dont just convert files, I rebuild models for real world use in prototyping, testing and production.

FAQ
Do you simply convert STL to STEP automatically?
No. I don’t use basic auto-conversion. I rebuild the model with proper CAD geometry, ensuring it is fully editable, accurate, and suitable for manufacturing.
What files can I send you?
You can send: STL, OBJ, or mesh files 3D scan data Images, drawings, or sketches (with dimensions if possible) The more reference you provide, the better the final accuracy.
How accurate will the final CAD model be?
I aim for high dimensional accuracy based on your input data. If you provide critical measurements or tolerances, I will match them as closely as possible.
Can you handle complex or damaged scans?
Yes, but it depends on the quality of the scan. I can reconstruct missing or unclear areas, though very low-quality or incomplete scans may require extra clarification or references.
Will the final model be editable?
Yes. You’ll receive a fully parametric, clean, and editable CAD model (not just a converted mesh).
What file formats will I receive?
Typically: STEP (.step) IGES (.iges) SolidWorks (.sldprt) Other formats can be provided on request.
Can the model be used for manufacturing (CNC / 3D printing)?
Yes. I create models that are ready for real-world applications, including CNC machining, 3D printing, and product development.
Do you work with assemblies or multiple parts?
Yes, but complex assemblies should be discussed first. Please contact me before ordering for an accurate quote.
What if I don’t have dimensions?
I can estimate geometry based on the scan, but for best results, at least a few reference dimensions are strongly recommended.
