FAQ
Do I get the source file (.pbix)?
Yes. You are the owner of your data and the architecture I build. I always deliver the functional .pbix file. I don't believe in "hostage" relationships with clients.
What happens if my data is "Red" (broken)?
I will notify you immediately after the initial audit. We won't proceed with the dashboard until the underlying data structure is fixed. I can quote a separate Data Engineering service to repair your sources if needed.
Do I need a Power BI Pro license?
To view the report in the Power BI Desktop (which I deliver), no. To publish it online and share it with a team via the Power BI Service, yes, Microsoft requires a Pro/Premium license. I'll guide you on the best option for your case.
Is my data secure?
100%. As an engineer, I follow strict data privacy protocols. If your data is highly sensitive, we can sign an NDA or you can provide a masked/anonymized version of the dataset for the build.
What does the "7-day guarantee" cover?
It covers technical bugs: broken DAX measures, refresh errors, or calculation inconsistencies. It does not cover new features, aesthetic changes, or adding new data sources not included in the original scope.
