About this Gig
You wrote the book. Now it's stuck between "finished" and "published."
Sound familiar? Margins KDP rejects. Jumping page numbers. Blurry images. A Kindle file that breaks on phones. Typos you missed after ten reads. Each one costs you sales, reviews, and time.
I fix all of it. I edit, proofread, and format your manuscript so it looks traditionally published.
Here's how I solve your problems:
- Typos and grammar errors book editing and proofreading
- Messy layout professional book typesetting and book design
- Rejected uploads print ready PDF for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and Lulu
- Wrong trim size and spine accurate paperback formatting
- Ebook looks broken on devices Kindle formatting and EPUB
- Confused about publishing KDP publishing guidance
- Fiction, nonfiction, and children's book formatting
- Revisions until you're happy
How it works: send your manuscript, I review it, you approve the proof, then you publish.
Your result: a book you're proud of, fewer rejections, faster publishing.

FAQ
What file format should I send my manuscript in?
Send a Word (.docx) file, Google Doc, or PDF, plus any images and notes. I'll review it first and tell you about any problems before I start, so nothing surprises you later.
Will my book pass Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and Lulu upload checks?
Yes. I set trim size, margins, bleed, and fonts to each platform's rules, so your print-ready PDF is built to upload without errors. If a platform flags anything, I fix it.
What's the difference between editing, proofreading, and formatting?
Formatting is layout: margins, fonts, chapters, page numbers. Proofreading fixes typos, grammar, and punctuation. Editing improves clarity and flow. Tell me your goal and I'll suggest the right package.
Do you format both the paperback and the Kindle ebook?
Yes. I format the paperback interior for print and the Kindle ebook (EPUB) so it reads well on phones, tablets, and e readers. Ordering both keeps the look consistent across every version.
Can you format books with images, tables, or footnotes?
Yes. Photos, charts, tables, footnotes, and lists are all fine. Send images in high resolution (300 DPI) so they print sharp and never blurry.
I'm a first time author. Will you guide me through publishing?
Absolutely. I explain trim size, page count, and upload steps in simple words, so you always know what comes next. Message me any time you have a question.
Do you design the book cover too?
I focus on interior formatting, editing, and proofreading. If you already have a cover, I'll make sure the page count and spine size match it. Message me if you need advice.
How long will it take, and how many revisions do I get?
Delivery time depends on your page count and package. Revisions are listed in each package. Message me your word count before ordering and I'll give you an exact timeline.
Do I keep the rights to my book?
Yes. You keep 100% of the rights to your book and content. I never claim ownership, and I keep your manuscript private.

Ongoing collaborationVictoria first worked on my manuscript editing and honestly improved it more than I expected. I later hired her again for paperback and EPUB formatting, and she delivered both perfectly. She also designed the book cover, and everything came out clean and professional. Clear communication, fast delivery, and the price is not high at all highly recommended.

Ongoing collaborationVictoria went far beyond what I expected. She edited my manuscript with great care and continued guiding me on formatting and KDP requirements even after delivery. Her work earned my complete trust, which is why I've already hired her for my book formatting and cover design. If her editing is any indication, I know those will turn out just as excellent.
