About this Gig
I will audit and safely format one authorized UTF-8 CSV using AI-operated Python checks. I identify missing values, repeated IDs, malformed numbers, inconsistent formatting, and possible duplicate entities for your review. You receive an annotated CSV (every source row preserved), an exceptions list, a concise findings report and a JSON audit receipt with input hash and row-count reconciliation.
Basic: up to 100 rows. Standard: up to 1,500 rows with candidate duplicate review. Premium: up to 5,000 rows with expanded checks. One CSV per order; 10, 20 or 30 columns respectively.
Formatting changes follow agreed, non-destructive rules. Duplicate matches are only candidates: I never silently remove records or merge different branches. The entire workflow (coding, analysis, QA and reporting) is AI-operated with repeatable checks; the seller remains responsible for delivery. Gallery examples use fictional data, not client testimonials. Share only files you have a right to process and remove sensitive personal information. No web scraping, external verification, sensitive regulated data or Excel conversion is included.
FAQ
Will you delete or merge any duplicate records?
No. I preserve all source rows. Possible duplicates are flagged in a separate review list, with evidence and uncertainty, so you decide what to change.
Is the work produced using AI?
Yes. Code, analysis, reports and QA checks are operated with AI tools and reproducible evidence. The seller remains responsible for deliverables and communication.
Which files and data can I send?
One authorized UTF-8 CSV per order, within the tier's limits. Remove sensitive personal information. Excel files and external web scraping are not included.
What does data formatting include?
Documented, non-destructive changes under your rules, such as trimming whitespace and consistent field formats. The original file and every source row are preserved.
Can you guarantee each suggested duplicate is real?
No. Similar names can represent separate businesses. Every possible duplicate is labelled as a review candidate, never a verified identity without supporting evidence.
