I am an architect engineer (M.Arch, NTUA) with 15+ years of experience in residential, retail, office and hospitality projects. I build accurate models in SketchUp, render them in Lumion or Chaos Enscape, and finish the images with AI-assisted post-production. I understand materials, light and how spaces are really built.
What you get:

Two ways to work:
- AI Concept (Basic): 1 fast image from your SketchUp model or sketch, made with AI tools. Good for early ideas; small details can shift. I always say when AI is used.
- Photoreal (Standard and Premium): modeled by me in SketchUp and rendered in Lumion or Enscape with exact geometry. AI is used only for finishing, never to change your design.
What I need from you: plans or 3D model, elevations, material and furniture references, and the views you want.

What is the difference between AI Concept and Photoreal?
AI Concept uses AI tools on your model or sketch for a quick idea image, and details can shift. Photoreal is modeled by me in SketchUp and rendered in Lumion or Enscape, with exact geometry.
What files can you work from?
DWG, PDF plans, SketchUp, Revit or IFC export, or clear sketches with dimensions. 3ds Max files on request.
Do I get the 3D model?
The source file is available as an extra. Ask me before ordering.
Can you add furniture and decor?
Yes. Send references or links and I will match them closely, or I will propose a style.
Can I see a draft before the final render?
Yes. I send clay or draft views to confirm the camera angles first.
Do you use AI in the Photoreal packages?
Only in post-production: sky, greenery, people and light balance. Geometry and materials come from my model. If you prefer no AI at all, tell me and I will skip it.
