FAQ
Is this for personal use or for a business?
Both. I can build a simple family budget or a basic income and expense tracker for a small business. Just tell me how you'll use it.
Can it replace accounting software or an accountant?
No. It's a tracking tool to organize your numbers. I don't provide tax, accounting or financial advice. For taxes and official books, please talk to a qualified professional.
Do I need to know Excel to use it?
No. You only type amounts and pick categories from dropdowns. Everything else calculates automatically, and you get a short how-to guide.
Can I add my own categories later?
Yes. I set up categories in one settings area so you can rename or add them later without breaking the formulas.
What is the Snowball vs. Avalanche calculator?
Two ways to pay off debt: Snowball pays the smallest balance first, Avalanche pays the highest interest rate first. The planner shows your payoff date and total interest for each, so you can compare.
