FAQ
I need a Box design. Can I order the BASIC package?
No. The BASIC ($95) package is strictly for Pouches or Labels only. For Box packaging (which requires complex die-line engineering), please order the STANDARD or PREMIUM package.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Please provide: 1. Your Logo (Ai/Vector preferred); 2. Exact box dimensions (or die-line from your printer); 3. All text content (Ingredients, Barcode, etc.); 4. Design style references you like (if any).
I have multiple flavors (e.g., Arabica vs. Robusta). How much?
Once the Master Design is approved, additional variations are $50 per SKU (changing text, colors, or product images only; same layout). You can add this via the "Additional Fashion Items" Extra at checkout.
I don't have a Logo yet. Can you design one?
Yes, absolutely! A premium package deserves a premium identity. Please visit my Profile and choose my specialized Brand Identity Gig so I can provide the most comprehensive solution for your brand.
Can you take professional photos of my product?
Yes! I own a pro studio in Vietnam (High-end lighting & Props). I can shoot your actual product for the packaging design or Amazon listings. Please visit my Profile to find my specialized Photography Gig.
I need a User Manual or Catalog inside the box. Can you help?
Yes! A Simple Insert (Max 2 sides) is already INCLUDED in the Premium Package. You can also add it as a Gig Extra ($40). However, for multi-page User Manuals or Product Catalogs, please visit my Profile to find my specialized Gig for editorial design.
Will the files be Print-Ready?
Absolutely. You will receive industry-standard files (Ai/PDF) with correct bleeds, colors (CMYK/Pantone), and separated layers for special finishes (Foil/UV). I ensure they are 100% production-ready.
Do I own the Source Files?
Yes! I include Editable Source Files (Ai/PDF) in ALL packages. You have 100% ownership and commercial rights to your design.
Do you provide 3D Mockups for Amazon listings?
All packages include high-quality 3D Mockups for design approval. Note: If you need a full set of Amazon Listing Images (Infographics/Lifestyle), please message me for a custom quote.
What does "Revision" cover?
Revisions cover adjustments to the chosen concept (font, color, layout tweaks). They do NOT cover creating a completely new design concept from scratch. New concepts can be purchased as an Extra.
