FAQ
What files do I need to provide to get started?
Clear reference images/labels of your product from multiple angles. If you have a 3D model (.OBJ/.FBX/.BLEND), send it over. If not, I can create the 3D model from scratch based on your photos. A brief description or reference video of your vision is also highly appreciated.
Can you deliver videos in vertical format for Instagram Reels/TikTok?
Yes! I can deliver your video in widescreen (16:9) for websites/YouTube or vertical (9:16) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Please let me know your preferred aspect ratio before we begin the rendering process.
Can I request revisions or changes to the animations?
Yes! I offer revision rounds to ensure you are completely satisfied. I value your feedback and will work closely with you to adjust lighting, camera moves, and textures until the final video meets your expectations and matches your brand vision.
What file formats will the animations be delivered in?
I will provide the animations in commonly used file formats, such as MP4, MOV, or AVI, based on your preference. If you have specific requirements regarding file formats, please let me know, and I will accommodate them accordingly.
