FAQ
How does the 100% Free Retest Guarantee work?
If your 14-day testing track resets or fails to meet Google Play Console requirements for any reason, we will immediately start a fresh 14-day testing cycle with active testers completely free of charge.
Are these real users on real physical Android devices?
Yes! All testers use genuine physical Android devices with active, unique Google accounts. We strictly follow Google Play Console policies and never use bots or emulators.
How long will it take for testers to join my app?
Once you provide your Google Group link or Web/Android opt-in URLs, all 14+ testers will opt-in within 24 hours to begin your official 14-day continuous cycle.
What details do I need to provide after placing an order?
You only need to provide your Closed Testing opt-in web/Android link or add our Google Group email list to your Play Console closed testing track.
