I will design a custom fishing sinker mold in SolidWorks from your sketch, reference images, dimensions, or idea.


I specialize in fishing sinker molds, with hands-on experience in CAD design, CAM programming, CNC machining, and casting trials. My portfolio shows molds I have manufactured and tested.


All packages include:

- One custom two-part mold

- Pouring channels and alignment features

- 3D STEP files for both mold halves


BASIC: One simple sinker shape, one cavity and one target weight.

STANDARD: One simple sinker shape with any number of cavities and size or target-weight variations.

PREMIUM: One complex sinker shape with any number of cavities and size or target-weight variations.


For Standard and Premium, all cavities must fit within one agreed two-part mold.


Delivery is STEP & 2D Drawings only. Native SolidWorks files, CAM, machining and physical molds are not included.


Please contact me before ordering to agree on the shape, cavity layout, mold dimensions and insert details. Casting weights are design targets requiring physical testing. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed design; added cavities or new concepts after agreement are changes of scope.
