What file formats will I deliver?
AI/EPS/PDF source, printer-ready PNG/TIFF at 300 DPI, and the spot-color separations (as AI layers or flattened PNGs)
How many colors can you separate?
I separate to any requested spot colors — price scales per color. For gradients/photoreal effects I’ll create a simulated-process separation (extra)
Do you include an underbase for dark shirts?
Yes — underbase (white) is included when needed and I’ll set choke/registration for clean overlaps
Will you handle printing?
I provide print-ready files and proofs; I don’t physically print. If you want I can recommend fulfillment/print shops and export files optimized for their specs.
What if my art has fine details?
I’ll advise on minimum line thickness and convert tiny details to halftone or simplified fills for clean sew/print. Complex details may require halftones or higher mesh counts.
