About this gig
A great PCB deserves more than a rectangular case.
It deserves an enclosure engineered around it.
You've already built the electronics Now let's make them look like a real product, I'll design one that looks like it belongs on a store shelf.
I will design custom PCB enclosures that are engineered around your electronics not forced into generic shapes. Whether you need a sleek consumer product, an industrial housing, or a 3D printable prototype, you'll get a functional enclosure that's ready for manufacturing and built to showcase your design.
️ ENCLOSURE TYPES I COVER:
- Custom PCB enclosures (ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, custom layouts)
- IoT device housings and smart product casings
- Waterproof / IP-rated sealed enclosures
- Snap-fit & screw-fit closures
- Injection moulding-ready designs (draft angles, parting lines, ejector pins)
- 3D printing optimized files (zero-support where possible)
- Sheet metal designs
- PCB case with ports, vents, display cutouts, antenna slot
DELIVERABLES INCLUDE:
- SolidWorks source files
- STEP / IGES files
- STL (print-ready)
- PDF technical drawings
- Photorealistic render images
Don't let a bad enclosure ruin a great product. DM me with your PCB details Now!!

FAQ
Do I need to send you my PCB files before ordering?
Yes — at minimum I need your PCB dimensions and a list of components that need external access (ports, buttons, LEDs, etc.). You don't need to share schematics or Gerber files unless you want me to verify clearances directly.
Can you design an enclosure if I only have rough sketches or a reference photo?
Absolutely. A dimensioned sketch, photo with measurements, or even a competitor product you want to reference is enough to get started. The more detail you share, the closer the first draft will be to your vision.
What if my PCB is an irregular shape — not rectangular?
No problem. I work with custom board outlines. Just upload your board file (KiCad, Eagle, Gerber, or DXF) and I'll model the enclosure around your exact shape.
Will the STL files be ready to print without modification?
Yes. All STL files are checked for manifold geometry, wall thickness, and printability before delivery. I optimise for minimal supports where possible.
What's the difference between snap-fit and screw-fit — which one should I choose?
Snap-fit is faster to open and close, better for prototypes or low-access devices. Screw-fit is more secure and better for outdoor or industrial use. Not sure? Message me with your use case and I'll recommend.
Can you make the enclosure waterproof?
Yes. I design IP44, IP65, and IP67 rated enclosures with gasket channels and sealed port designs. Specify your required IP rating in the order requirements.
I need both PCB design and enclosure... can you do both?
Yes, I offer full PCB design on separate gigs. Message me before ordering and I'll give you a bundled quote that covers everything end to end.
Do you offer revisions if the fit isn't perfect?
Yes, all packages include revisions. If the enclosure doesn't fit your board after you've 3D printed it, send me the measurements of what needs adjusting and I'll fix it.
