What information do you need from me to start the project?
I need your 2D architectural drawings (AutoCAD DWG, PDF), floor plans, elevations, or dimensional hand sketches. Reference photos for the materials, colors, and style you prefer are also very helpful for achieving the best hyperrealistic result!
The packages only include 1 render view. What if I need more angles?
My packages cover the heavy work of full 3D modeling for your house and providing 1 premium final render. Once the 3D model is built, you can easily add extra views (like back, side, or aerial angles) at a heavily discounted price through the Gig Extras!
Can I choose the lighting or time of day for the render?
Absolutely! I specialize in atmospheric lighting. You can request a bright daylight scene, a warm sunset, or a dramatic twilight/evening view to best showcase your architectural design.
Will you provide the 3D source file?
The 3D Source File is included by default in the Premium (Luxury Mansion) package. If you choose the Basic or Standard package, you can easily purchase the Source File as an add-on in the Gig Extras.
Does this gig include interior 3D modeling and rendering?
This specific gig focuses strictly on exterior 3D modeling and rendering for residential houses. If you also need high-quality interior rendering, please message me, and I will create a custom offer tailored to your exact needs.
What 3D software and file formats do you work with?
I use industry-standard software to ensure the highest quality, typically 3ds Max / SketchUp for modeling and Corona / V-Ray for hyperrealistic rendering. If you purchase the Source File extra, I can provide the model in formats like .skp, .max, .obj, or .fbx. Let me know your preference!
How does the project timeline work and when will I see a draft?
The delivery time listed in your package (e.g., 4 to 10 days) is for the final 4K render. However, you won't have to wait until the end! I will send you a low-resolution clay model draft midway through the project so you can approve the 3D geometry and camera angle before I apply the final textures
