At Vino and Vocals we will teach you all the correct vocal techniques associated with healthy singing. Breathing, posture, resonance, vocal fold compression, the larynx and working on all the vocal registers are only a few things that you can expect while also having a ball of a time. This is a singing experience that is not only good for your voice, but great for your soul!

I have been training voices and performing live for the past 13 years. My singing studio is a place where passion meets purpose and where the uniqueness of who you are is celebrated and encouraged.

FAQ
What ages do you teach?
I have trained singers off all ages and believe that it is never too late to do what you love! All singers from the age of 6 and older are welcome.
Are beginners welcome?
Yes! I work with singers who have no experience and singers who sing professionally.
What will I need for my online lessons?
Group lessons will be conducted via Zoom. One-on one online lessons will be conducted via Whatsapp video call, Zoom or Skype. You will need Wifi, headphones, an external device to play music from, A "Zoom" or "Skype" Account and a Webcam.
How do I book a lesson?
1: Send an inbox message to discuss day & time of lesson 2: Accept my lesson offer 3: Receive Zoom meeting request via e-mail or connect with me on Skype or add me to your Whatsapp for a video call. 4: Be ready to raise your voice ;)
What can I expect from my lessons?
Each singer is unique, so I train each singer according to their singing level. We will work on all the healthy singing techniques and vocal registers and then apply those techniques to songs. All vocal exercises will be e-mailed to you.
How does the demo recordings work?
I do basic editing for vocals for demo recordings. All you need to do is send me the raw vocals you have recorded at a studio along with the track and I will edit it and send the finalized product back to you. If you live in Cape Town I can also record the vocals in my studio.
How does the group lessons work?
Group lessons will be conducted via Zoom. Sessions will be led by me where we discuss all the aspects of your singing voice. This is basically a singing lesson without the singing. You are more than welcome to book a Vocal 5 session to make sure that you are applying the techniques taught correctly.
