How do you decide which moments to clip?
We watch the full video and mark moments that stand alone without context — a strong opinion, a surprising number, a clear story, or a question-and-payoff. Autotools can't judge this. We can.
Can you edit videos in a language other than English?
We work with English audio. For other languages we can still edit if you supply an accurate transcript with timestamps.
Do I need to send raw footage?
No. A finished YouTube link or an exported MP4 is enough.
What if I don't like the style?
On Standard and Premium we send one sample clip before building the batch, so you can redirect early. That's why we don't need unlimited revisions.
Can you post the clips for me?
Not in this gig. Check our Social Media Management gig — that covers scheduling and posting.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard timelines are listed on each package. Add the 24-hour rush extra if you need it sooner.
