About this Gig
I offer turnkey Class 1 and 2 PCB assembly for clients in the United States. Turnkey means I will handle your entire PCB assembly process, from board fabrication** to purchasing parts and assembly. Great for rapid prototype runs and small production runs.
What I can do

Acrylic Conformal Coating (spray can only)
Restrictions
No BGA, LGA, or 0402 components (Unless there's a test and a stainless steel stencil is used, even then, it may be denied)
Limited thru-hole assembly
Lead-free SAC305 only
Lead-free devices only
Here's how this service will work.
- Send me Gerbers, Drawings(if any), sourced Bill of materials, pick file, any requirements, and shipping address
- I may ask for details and what stencil you will need. (Mylar $ or Stainless Steel $$$$)*
- I will send a custom offer/quote with a delivery date
- If accepted, I will update the chat with progress updates/pictures
- You get just the PCBs (You don't get the stencil)
Notes
*Certain Stencil materials may be recommended based on the quality needed
** USA third parties may be used for stencil making and board fabrication

FAQ
Do I get to keep the Stencil?
No, the stencil is a fixed cost, but the cost can be lowered if there is space to share with other customers.
If I order the same product again do I need to get a new stencil?
If it's a stainless steel stencil, then no, if it's the mylar, then yes.
How does sharing a stencil save money?
Many Stencil fabs mass produce a certain size 29inx29in (22x20 usable) stencil, so smaller stencils cost more because they have to change the process to make smaller ones. The price of one stencil can be shared with up to 3 people cutting 75% of the cost to you.
What is a pick file?
Pick files are files generated by EDA software that tells the pick and place where the parts are placed.
What is a sourced bill of materials?
A sourced bill of materials is a file with all of your part names/ locations with sources from a distributor like Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow, and Future Electronics. For example, U3 MYPART# MFGPART# Digikey QTY.
What is Class 1 and 2?
Class 1 is a very low-quality PCB with almost no set quality standards. Class 2 is the default and has set standards to maintain quality. An example of class 2 devices includes consumer electronics and industrial equipment.
