1. Will my website go down during migration?
No. I keep your old site live while I set up the new one. DNS is switched only after testing, so downtime is minimal or zero.
2. Can you restore my site if it was hacked?
Yes. If you have a clean backup, I can restore it. I can also restore from your host's backup. Malware cleaning is a separate service, so please message me first.
3. Which platforms do you support?
WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and BigCommerce. Most platform migrations are to WordPress, and I confirm what can be moved before starting.
4. Do I need to give you my passwords?
I need access to your hosting or admin panel. I recommend creating a temporary account that you can delete after delivery.
5. Will my SEO and links stay the same?
I keep URLs, permalinks, and settings unchanged where possible, and I check for broken links after the move.
6. What if something breaks after delivery?
Contact me within the support period of your package and I will fix any issue caused by the migration at no extra cost.
