Yes. But you need to follow the email marketing guidelines and also Warmup your IP and domain for 100% inbox delivery.
Do you offer warming up services.
I do not offer any warmup service. But i can help you connect your SMTP server to a 3rd party warmup tool like warmupinbox or lemwarm.
What are the requirements for the VPS
Your VPS Server should have port 25 open. I suggest getting a VPS from contabo.
