A PCR includes transcription of inspector notes, exterior/interior condition details, labeling photos, and compiling the report in the client’s required format.

PDI includes data entry from field inspection notes, property characteristics, room details, utilities, lot size, and organizing photos. I ensure accuracy and prepare the report for submission.

I do not have independent MLS access — clients provide MLS data or comp pulls, which is standard for remote BPO work. If you have broker MLS access, just share the comps or grant temporary access and I will take it from there. Most of my clients find this works perfectly.
